Diamond 1 - AI Use Case Workshop
To build something meaningful, we first need to understand your business. Our "Find the Right Potential" workshops help you identify where AI agents can deliver real value - without unnecessary complexity.
Within one day you will receive three concrete use cases tailored to your organisation.
If you already have a specific idea you want to explore, we can focus directly on that topic. In a half-day workshop we dive deeper into the chosen area and create a concrete implementation concept together.

Diamond 2 - Iterative Development
Once the potential is clearly defined, we begin the joint project. Together we prototype, test, learn and refine until a solution emerges that genuinely improves the way people work. Our approach focuses on gradual progress rather than theoretical planning.

If your organisation already has a validated use case, we can start directly with the development phase and move into the first iteration cycle immediately.

We develop a focused prototype that targets the core opportunity. Real data is used from the beginning so the results reflect reality rather than assumptions.
Members of your team interact with the prototype in their normal environment. We observe how the solution performs and collect structured feedback.
We analyse both quantitative and qualitative results. The key question is always whether the solution actually improves how people work.
Each cycle strengthens the solution and increases confidence within the organisation. Over time the agent becomes a natural part of everyday workflows.
